Who I am

Hi, I’m Jeremy Shannon, LAC. My own recovery from substances and trauma has shaped how I show up as a therapist. I integrate EMDR, PIT, mindfulness, and 12-step recovery with outdoor and walk-and-talk therapy, helping clients heal and grow in settings that naturally encourage reflection, openness, and resilience. Alongside nature, I bring creativity and exploration into the process to support lasting change.
